Elizabeth Good has been responsible for the acquisition, development and asset management of over $2 billion of multifamily real estate in her 18 years of real estate experience. Prior to forming Good + West, Elizabeth was a Vice President with Cypress Real Estate Advisors and managed a portfolio of 10,000 units throughout Texas, Colorado and Georgia. Before moving to Austin in 2006, Elizabeth worked for Related Capital and Credit Suisse First Boston in New York City. Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. She serves on the board of the Hill Country Conservancy and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

David West has been developing multifamily and residential real estate for the past 17 years in Austin, TX and New York City. Prior to forming Good + West, David was involved in developing over 2,200 ground up Class A multi family units formally with Centro Development and most recently as a preferred developer for Cypress Real Estate Advisors. Prior to moving to Austin in 2012, David spent nine years in New York City developing over $90 million of residential and multifamily real estate. While in NYC David learnt the complexities of developing urban residential product with a heavy focus on design and space planning. David blends a passion for design with a unique understanding of construction, project management and finance. David received a BBA from Texas Wesleyan University and was a four time All-American golfer.
